I'm on my 3rd iMac G5 in 2 weeks. I know manufacturing is not 100% perfect, but what about implementing burn-in and QA? Oh, and the incompetent support when you do need help on this expensive equipment. I understand Apple is now a iPod company, but is anyone else having it this bad? Should I give it up and go Windows full-time?
